Our UAS Food Services department is seeking a new Manager. Management of an on-campus food service facility with a residential community of approximately 400 plus commuter students and faculty and staff. Will be responsible for all areas of operation including but not limited to, hiring of personnel, compilation of menus, ordering of food and supplies, and maintaining inventory. The individual must be able to run a meal operation from set-up to clean-up at any time. Must be able to multitask, work in small prep space and get along well with colleagues. Must have creative menu ideas to help build clientele and be able to deliver a consistent and attractive menu. Must always be aware of cleanliness of facility, food temps mandated for safety.
